WEDDING RECEPTION FOR MR & MRS RHODES - Summer 2007
"Dear Celia and Alex
Well, we are now Mrs and Mrs Rhodes and had the best wedding day anyone
could have wished for and the most wonderful honeymoon.
We just wanted to take this opportunity to say an enormous thank you for
making our day so fantastic. We were absolutely blown away by just how
brilliant everything that you did for us was. You truly are an incredibly
talented couple. The quality of your work is truly stunning and the
standard of your food was just first class.
Celia - the food from the canapes, to wedding breakfast to evening buffet
was the best food we have ever had at any wedding, ever. We were so over
the moon - so many guests told us the very same thing and our friends and
family are still talking about how wonderful the food was.
Alex - the front of house was superb also. We thought that you and everyone
in your team was just top notch. Again we have had many comments about how
wonderful your staff were (and we have always been very clear to point out
to them that they were your staff and nothing to do with the venue!) You
were also so wonderful in dealing with the deficiencies of the venue staff
and really whipped them into shape on our behalf on the day, so special
thanks for that too as that meant that we were able to enjoy the day and
relax.
In fact, our videographer, Peter Bacon, was so impressed with the standard
of the food and the front of house, that he asked for your details so he
could put a link on his web site (and let's face it, he goes to quite a few
weddings so that is high praise indeed). I hope that is OK with you that he
does that.
You were also a joy to deal with thoughout the planning process. From our
first initial meeting right through to the day you made us feel extremely
special and we had the greatest confidence in everything you said and did.
You always made time for us and were always only too happy to help us when
we needed you.
Thank you once again for being the best caterers a bride and bridegroom
could wish for.

WEDDING OF REBECCA & PHILIPPE - Summer 07
"Hi Celia and Alex!
How are you both? I hope that you are well and business is going well for you in this busy season!
We have been meaning to write to you, and have been just so busy with the honeymoon and now being back on the ship.
We both want to thank you so much for the fabulous catering that you provided for our wedding reception. Everybody commented on the great food, even all the French guests!!! The BBQ food the next day was fantastic too. To quote one of the guests: 'the chicken was delicious and the lamb succulent'!
Even though behind the scenes was a bit hectic at one point with the oven situation, I don't know what kind of magic you used but nobody noticed a thing! We spoke with many of our friends and family afterwards who all said how well organised and perfect the whole day was.
Your staff were absolutely fantastic. From the moment myself and Philippe arrived at the reception and someone was there waiting for us with two glasses of champagne, to the dinner where we hardly noticed them clearing the plates and always keeping the wine glasses topped up, they were perfect. People commented on how nice the waiters were.
Thank you for making this big day in our lives absolutely perfect.
We wish you the best of luck and success for your business in the future. If we have another big event we will not hesitate to use you again, and of course we would be more than happy to recommend your professional service to anyone in the future.

WEDDING RECEPTION for MR & MRS LINFIELD - Summer 07
"Hi Celia,
Just a quick note to say thankyou for all your hard work on suturday. We were absolutely blown away by everything; the food was great (we went to a wedding the week before in a purpose built venue and the food was distinctly average - its amazing what you guys do out the back of a marquee!), we had so many people raving about the pork - top work!
The service by your team was superb, 120 guests and not one had an empty glass all day! The waiting staff were all friendly, polite and exceptionally efficient - it was easy to forget they were there until suddenly you realised your glass had been filled again. The whole clearing process went seamlessly too. Our guests were commenting all evening (and the following day) on the quality of both the food and the service - clearly a job well done!
Thank you to you all for making what could have been a thoroughly stressful day the best day of our lives, there was not a single thing that we would wish to change about what what you did for us, we couldn't fault it.
As a group of my relatives put it - That's easily the best food we've had at a wedding. (And they are old so they've been to loads!)
