Event Coordinating & Wedding Planning
At Delightful Dining we have many year's experience that we are only too happy to pass onto our clients if they ask us to do so. However, we are not Wedding Planners or Event Coordinators and our prices reflect this. If you do require the services of a wedding planner we can recommend a great company called “ Magic Dust”.
We are happy to visit your chosen venue to ensure they have everything that we would need and we sometimes suggest that our first meeting is held here.
Our prices do include a Function Manager who will work with you on the day and ensure everything runs to plan.
Location
We are based in Sunbury-on-Thames and cover Shepperton, Walton on Thames, Twickenham, Hampton, Teddington, East Molesey, Kingston, Weybridge, Ascot, Bagshot, Windlesham, Thorpe, Egham and London together with the surrounding counties of Hampshire, Berkshire, Middlesex and Surrey. We only charge a basic travelling fee as it is our choice to cater in your chosen area whether it is 5, 10 or 50 miles away.
Tastings
If you like the menu that I have sent to you then I am happy to supply a tasting of your two favourite dishes of each course. I do charge a small fee to cover the cost of the food though. I usually suggest that I come to you on either a Monday, Wednesday or Thursday evening at 7.00pm or Saturday morning at 10.30 am. (Availability for tastings is dependent on whether we have any functions).
Public Liability
All services provided by Delightful Dining are covered by Public Liability insurance cover for £10 million. This level of cover can be increased if required for any particular event. Delightful Dining is listed with Spelthorne Environmental Health.
