Dear Celia and Alex

Well, we are now Mr and Mrs Rhodes and had the best wedding day anyone could have wished for and the most wonderful honeymoon.

We just wanted to take this opportunity to say an enormous thank you for making our day so fantastic. We were absolutely blown away by just how brilliant everything that you did for us was. You truly are an incredibly talented couple. The quality of your work is truly stunning and the standard of your food was just first class.

Celia - the food from the canapes, to wedding breakfast to evening buffet was the best food we have ever had at any wedding, ever. We were so over the moon - so many guests told us the very same thing and our friends and family are still talking about how wonderful the food was.

Alex - the front of house was superb also. We thought that you and everyone in your team was just top notch. Again we have had many comments about how wonderful your staff were (and we have always been very clear to point out to them that they were your staff and nothing to do with the venue!) You were also so wonderful in dealing with the deficiencies of the venue staff and really whipped them into shape on our behalf on the day, so special thanks for that too as that meant that we were able to enjoy the day and relax.

In fact, our videographer, Peter Bacon, was so impressed with the standard of the food and the front of house, that he asked for your details so he could put a link on his web site (and let's face it, he goes to quite a few weddings so that is high praise indeed). I hope that is OK with you that he does that.

You were also a joy to deal with throughout the planning process. From our first initial meeting right through to the day you made us feel extremely special and we had the greatest confidence in everything you said and did. You always made time for us and were always only too happy to help us when we needed you.

Thank you once again for being the best caterers a bride and bridegroom could wish for.
