Just a quick note to say thank you for all your hard work on Saturday. We were absolutely blown away by everything; the food was great (we went to a wedding the week before in a purpose built venue and the food was distinctly average - its amazing what you guys do out the back of a marquee!), we had so many people raving about the pork - top work!

The service by your team was superb, 120 guests and not one had an empty glass all day! The waiting staff were all friendly, polite and exceptionally efficient - it was easy to forget they were there until suddenly you realised your glass had been filled again. The whole clearing process went seamlessly too. Our guests were commenting all evening (and the following day) on the quality of both the food and the service - clearly a job well done!

Thank you to you all for making what could have been a thoroughly stressful day the best day of our lives, there was not a single thing that we would wish to change about what what you did for us, we couldn't fault it.

As a group of my relatives put it - That's easily the best food we've had at a wedding. (And they are old so they've been to loads!)
