Creating a personalised wedding menu just for you

Minimum 60 guests

With 10 year's experience in Wedding Catering, Celia and her professional team offer a personalised service to ensure everything exceeds your expertations and makes the special day just that.

Celia's passion for food and a fresh, modern approach to creating menus results in outstanding canapés, wedding breakfasts and wedding buffets customised to suit both your needs and your budget. We always choose the best quality ingredients available, sourced from excellent local suppliers.

With our aim to make your wedding day and the process leading up to it both stress-free and enjoyable, we personally undertake the full management of your catering from start to finish and pride ourselves on the level of detail achieved to allow everything to run as smoothly as expected on such an important day.

“Rawlings of Cranleigh” handmade award winning sausages served on mashed potatoes with onion gravy served in gravy boats and bowls of seasonal vegetables

Pork tenderloin on gratin potatoes with a pesto and cream sauce topped with crispy parma ham and slightly roasted cherry tomatoes on the vine with a basil dressing and bowls of green salad
Roasted red peppers with a cannalini bean casserole (V)

Chicken supreme panfried and finished off in an oven
served with a pancetta, mushroom and marsala sauce
Panfried Salmon pieces with an harrisa sauce
Caramalised red onion tarts with goats cheese
Hot new potatoes with butter and parsley, finished off slightly in the oven
