“You were on my list of people to contact today! The food was delicious, we had a few people specifically ask me about it as they enjoyed it so much, so thank you! I hate to say it, but I actually didn’t get to taste much except the chicken skewers, I was too busy chatting and dancing and before I knew it, the night was over! “We wanted to say an enormous thank you for everything you did to make our wedding day run so smoothly and taste so divine. From the day of our first tasting (way back in March 2019!) to the big day itself (when it eventually took place), we felt completely confident that we had made the right choice with you and Delightful Dining. Who could have predicted the upheaval that would take place and jeopardise our carefully made plans for the day? Luckily for us, in spite of everything, not once did we have any reason to doubt your efficiency, flexibility and professionalism. The food on the day absolutely lived up to our memory of it from that first tasting. Caponata will always have a special place in our hearts, and one day we will try and recreate it (although I doubt it will come close to yours). We lost track of the number of our guests who praised the delicious meal. The Indian street food was absolutely divine too, exactly what was needed after a few refreshing cocktails. Your entire team was fantastic, and we loved the way the trays of cocktails on the bar were always kept well-stocked! We hope that your and your daughter’s deli is going from strength to strength, and that Delightful Dining continues to thrive, as it surely deserves to. “I contacted Delightful Dining as a surprise for my partners birthday. I gave them very little notice, but they completely stepped up and didn’t make me feel like a hinderance at all. “Celia was really great from the very beginning. After a few questions in our first meeting, she nailed exactly what we wanted on the menu. She was very helpful with offering tips for the format of our day as she is so familiar with Hampton Court House. Our tasting evening was fantastic, we bought both sets of parents along. The food from start to finish was incredible and all our guests said the same. Celia was really accommodating planning our menu around vegan, gluten free and nut free requirements and suggested a really good mix of canapés. The meaty main (lamb) was absolutely fantastic, cooking it pink for so many guests (120!) must’ve been a real feat but Delightful Dining certainly pulled it off. We had many comments that the veggie curry was packed with flavour and all the sharing salads were really tasty. The timings all went to plan which was really important for us as we wanted the party to start early!!

Second time around and again, did not disappoint!
