The Landmark Arts Centre can seat comfortably up to 220 guests for a wedding reception or private event with the stage area an ideal space for dancing.

Ridge Farm Capel

Ridge Farm is a historic building in an idyllic rural location. Back in the days when it was an international recording studio they sometimes hosted wedding receptions for musicians. You can hire Ridge Farm for the weekend and, unlike a hotel, the place is all yours. You may want to hire a marquee for the lawn – or how about an exotic Indian tent? If you’d prefer your reception not to be under canvas, our poolhouse conservatory will seat 150 and is a great place for dancing in the evening. We’ll remove the dance floor after the reception so you can swim next morning. The house sleeps up to 24 people in 11 bedrooms.

York House

York House is a fine 17th century building, with a fascinating history, set in beautiful grounds on the banks of the River Thames. The following rooms are available for hire and are suitable for a variety of functions.The Clarendon Hall and Hyde Room. These are suitable for weddings, concerts, musicals, plays, fairs and large meetings. The rooms are licensed for public music, dancing and stage plays.The Salon, the Terrace Room and Terrace Parlour. These are suitable for receptions and meetings but music or dancing is not permitted. The Terrace Room has access to the gardens. Civil Marriage Ceremonies and Civil Partnership Ceremonies. The Terrace Room and Salon are licensed for ceremonies. All rooms can be hired in conjunction with each other to suit your requirements.

East Molesey Boat Club

The traditional clubroom is a fantastic venue for hosting wedding receptions, parties or funeral receptions. It overlooks the peaceful and beautiful Thames. Widely adaptable to suit your needs, your event will be one to remember. The clubroom and bar is on the first floor, and an additional eating or talking area is adjacent. A large open terrace overlooks the river, where particularly on summer evenings your guests can stroll about and talk and drink. The clubroom can seat about eighty comfortably, or hold about one hundred and seventy – but these numbers can be increased by having a marquee on part of or all of the upper floor.

The Monks Barn

The Monks’ Barn is a Grade II listed medieval barn offering a unique venue for wedding receptions, civil ceremonies and parties. The Barn can seat 150 people at a reception and is licensed for up to 150 guests for civil ceremonies. It has beautiful flagstone flooring throughout and has a separate dance floor, bar area and lawn. The Barn is available to hire on Saturdays from April to September and open for viewing by appointment on Tuesdays between bookings or at other times when the barn is not in use.

Ditton Field

The 22-acre field at Kingston Grammar School, overlooking the River Thames and Hampton Court Palace, makes a stunning venue for a marquee wedding. There is plenty of space for children to play outside, or for guest entertainment.

Laughing Waters

Laughing Waters, based in Shepperton, is set on the banks of the River Thames in 3 acres of beautiful secluded gardens surrounded by woodland. The perfect setting for your special event, our clients have exclusive use of the grounds and access to our private moorings for arrivals by boat. For wedding bookings, our clients can enjoy four days exclusive usage. We work closely with our approved marquee, tipi suppliers and caterers and can cater for up to 140 seated guests and up to 40 additional evening guests.
